what's crackin' Rich? My opinion is ditch the UNC podcast and put that effort toward nocents. I personally like the NC podcast more. If you do cancel UNC feel free to toss a review into NC from time-to-time.

ReplyDeleteYou mentioned that you are still working on weight loss. That's awesome! I want to suggest you look into a book called "The Paleo Solution" and give the diet a shot for 30 days. This is what I do and love it.
